You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, authentication codes, and any linked devices. You agree to immediately notify CrestCiti of any unauthorized access, data breach, or suspicious activity associated with your account.

We may use multifactor authentication (MFA), biometric verification, or other technologies to enhance account security.

5. Compliance with U.S. Banking Laws

By using our Services, you agree to comply with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, USA PATRIOT Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions. 8. Electronic Communications Disclosure

9. Funds Availability

Deposits made to your account may not be immediately available for withdrawal. CrestCiti follows the Federal Reserve Board’s Regulation CC for funds availability. Certain deposits may be delayed or placed on hold for security or verification purposes.

10. Unauthorized Transactions

You must report unauthorized or fraudulent activity immediately. Under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), your liability for unauthorized transfers is limited if reported promptly. Failure to notify us within 60 days may result in loss of protection.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or close your account if we believe it is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or for fraudulent activity. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned according to applicable banking regulations.

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York County, New York.
